Image of problem in game, multiple attempts


I have attempted to reset my password in order to gain access as normal would work. Coming up with no success on any attempt.

I still have access to my forum account. But I logged into the main website days ago. Now all of a sudden I can't access anything. None of my passwords work. I just keep getting the message. Login incorrect or account inactive, as picture provided above. I haven't been on the game for months, but my payment plan still goes because I always plan to play again. So I am at a loss as to why I can't get in. As if someone took over my account while I was inactive in the last 3 days. I bought the game back in 2014, the ticket has all details needed.

(Sorry for a multiple post, just put the post in the wrong place and acting out of instinct to figure it out as soon as possible)
