(unles you want to spend Crowns on riding lessons ofc)@Griffe perfectly reasonable, which is why those titles should not be transferrable, but perhaps an account wide option to show that you have achieved it on that one character.
I have a kitty NB healer. I'm proud of my Boethiah's Scythe title with him -- I acquired it with him, not with my Templar healer, or my DK tank. You see the difference? It means I played enough good with him to have the title. That, it's precious for me because some people need proofs from me to be convinced I can do the job, even with a stamina race, even with another class than Templar...
This benefit situations where you bring a 'n00b' character into an instance and people offer up several hints or concerns. "Guys, I've probably been through this content more times than all of you combined. We'll be a'ight."
Titles involving things like the holiday event, novelty titles, if you will, like delivering X number loaves of bread during Tamriel's version of Ramadan, I would not take issue with. (Though I equally don't see the point, as they are novelty titles.)

This has probably been discussed before, but since I've not seen any posts on it I thought I'd start one.
I think more stuff/stats should be shared between characters.
Background:
I've had imperial edition since launch, I pay for ESO+, I bought Morrowind, but I am a casual player - I have a job, a wife, a kid, so I only manage a few hours per week.
I levelled my main (DK) a long time ago with all the skill lines, skill points, etc etc. Of course I want to try new characters but I'm focussed on end-game having played all the content before over many many hours.
Ok so fine, I need to level a new character, but there are certain things that are so so darn annoying having to level when I've done it before and am only doing it to play end game pve and pvp. So I think these should be shared between characters, with all characters having the stats of the character with the highest. These include -
Shared stats/items:
Inventory space
Mount stats
Skill points
Skill lines (weapon/class/guild)
Titles
What do you all think? I'm sure we won't agree on everything but I think the game really punishes you once you complete it. It want to have a few different characters.
Limiting some of the above (mounts/inventory) is just an unfair money spinner for the crown store.
DaveMoeDee wrote: »There is no reason for bags to be shared. You can get it fully upgraded in a few seconds. You might not like paying for it, but money sinks are important and inventory upgrades are a major money sink. All that gold we get killing things and vendoring items needs to go somewhere. If not, inflation. For me, my top 2 expenses for my account by far are inventory and horse upgrades.

Why should inventory and mount stats not be shared among characters. Increasing them isn't a fun, or interesting part of the game. It's a boring chore. What's the point in having to do it all again? It's got nothing to do with learning learning your character, it doesn't contribute anything to the pve or pvp environment - and clearly it is used to make money through crown store sales...that says it all
Skill points - yes fine, maybe asking for too much.
Things all chars on one account should share, without mentioning stuff they share already
- Crown purchased motifs. Really no point in not having them on all your characters, even future ones must "know" that real money spent motif upon creation.
- Alliance Points. Why can't my Orsimer buy stuff with points I got on my Nord/Dunmer?Khajiit?Saxhleel, etc? It's stupid limitation, completely absolete and forces you to log on other characters just to buy stuff. Same would be if gold was character bound, I mean, its really one of these WTF moments Zos gave us.
No to all of that. Leave it as is.

No on anything. It is a different character. Why even play the game anymore??? Just hand me everything so I don't have to actually do anything. I can go through and get all my shards/lorebooks/quests on my pet sorc, now let me take a tank through the game and just give me what I already found and make this easy mode. Dang, again PLAY. THE. GAME.

But...style motifs other than basic are not commonly found and mostly acquired through real world cash. Why do I have to spend it more than once for one account?
