Merciless Resolve is Still Broken (3.3.4)

Still has a huge delay on the 5th light attack, and still giving stacks for the cast and fire light attacks.

It's arguably a buff, but hopefully it gets fixed because having Relentless and Merciless function differently is really jarring.

while we're fixing that can we fix the animation delay with almost every nb ability so light attacks always work when they should? ty

All it takes is using Merciless and then using Relentless to see how much of a difference there currently is between the 2 morphs.
