Cannot Log in Game or into Account on website! Says I am suspended.

Title says it all. Tried logging into my account only to find that I couldn't. Tried logging into my account, only to find that I couldn't with a message the top stating that the account has been suspended. I never received any email as to why my account would be suspended. I was concerned about possible hacking, so I changed my password, but I still cannot log in. Need help here please.

Edit: I created a support ticket through account recovery but I have not received a response yet. Any help would be appreciated. @ZOS_BillE

try your old password, or do account recovery, or write a support ticket asking why they suspended you

I guess I should be clear in that my old password didn't work, hence why I changed it, in case if my account was compromised in the first place.
