Guild Store Stuck on 'Retrieving Items' (XBOX EU)

When searching through guild traders, and filtering my search and hitting 'submit', the search gets stuck on 'retrieving items'. Closing and opening the menu does not fix this. The only way to fix this is to log out and back in.
Xbox One EU Server. Don't know if this is happening on other platforms and servers.

Sawzallz✭✭✭I have a solution type "/reloadui" in the chat it gives a loading screen for a lil bit then fixes it and gives you mail that won't appear0
