Someone won't stop harassing.

So, after putting in multiple reports, I'm kind of tired of having this happen. Having someone troll you when RPing every single day, for multiple hours on end, and just being plain disruptive is not an enjoyable experience. Especially when you've reported them for harassment multiple times and nothing happens. You just get a pretty little email saying that "it's being looked into". It's getting to the point where I honestly don't wanna play the game, really. When the company doesn't even care about someone simply making the game unenjoyable to you. They even try to crash me majority of the time, too. So--I'm coming to the forums to hope that I get an actual result with this, otherwise, I honestly just might stop playing.

That sounds most unfortunate and unpleasant.

I've had my best results when I respond to those boilerplate emails about "its being looked into" with a "That's great. Here's screenshots and here's what's been going on. I'm glad you are looking into it, here's what I'm dealing with and I expect you to look into it promptly."

Particularly if this is an ongoing issue where the usual /ignore isn't working, hopefully replying to those emails gets you a more personal response. That's usually been the case for me.

What is it that the player is doing? I'd imagine it would be fairly hard to track you down unless you're in the same spot all the time. It's not ideal, but have you considered moving to another area, at least until this player finds something more constructive to do with his time? I'm sure you already have him on ignore, which will help with any text based issues, but if he's physically in your face constantly, that obviously won't help.

It would be hard for ZOS to have a specific punishment for this kind of action. A permaban is likely too harsh and a temp ban or warning would just incite the player more. What sort of action are you hoping ZOS will take? Just curious.

I'd suggest finding a new location. He has no ability to find you at all.

I assume you aren't RPing in a heavily populated area which is generally asking for intrusion. So after going to another area for a bit your abuser will probably stop going to the old area.
