I play with master volume off. All I can hear is ppl on mic. It's nice, try it sometime. Even most of that is detritus like someone beating their wife/kids/whatever, misc screaming at somebody because they lost a dual or their petsorc isn't a good enough tank for vbloodroot. I also hear alot of *** music and microphone feedback. Either way it's a huge plus over the sonic spam that comes from ingame sounds.

Seems for the fun loving Khajiit that would be a more appropriate thing to have there. They could have rotating acts so it's not the same thing over and over as it is now. Dancers, musicians, magicians, fire breathers, etc. And have the dancers do different dances not the same one endlessly.

The looped dialogue does not bother me nearly as much as the constant banging of the door when standing at the banker...

Idea: have a quest for each instance where they endlessly repeat dialogue that will remove the dialogue after completion. If not outright remove the scene, at least change it to a similar scene that doesn't require the dialogue. Or maybe make it so you have to be immediately next to the scene to hear the NPC dialogue. Even if not getting rid of it outright, allow the option. Nothing wrong with more options.

The Wood Elf known as Finedrin has been found guilty of the following crimes: Stealing rotten tomatoes and other refuse from stablemaster Semiral's midden-heap, Dumping said refuse on the head of the Altmer commander, Faruin during his visit to the clanmother, And finally, knocking over the cart of Atrius the merchant while attempting to avoid capture. For all of these crimes, this one sentences him to the stocks until such time as he shows proper repentance.

Voicelines of npc's in general repeat way too often IMO. I turn npc volume all the way down unless I'm questing because it gets really, really annoying. Grahtwood is especially bad.
