Water pools video issue

Can anyone help? I'm having a video issue with pools of water in the game, they're displaying black pixelations which disappear when I shake the camera by moving the mouse but always return. Not sure what sort of video adjustments I need to make.

In your video settings, what are Water Reflections currently set to?

If they are set to High, try lowering this to Medium or Low and see if it makes a difference.

You can change some of the other graphics settings as well by following the process below:

From ESO’s log in screen, click SETTINGS.
Select Video.
Lower your View Distance (this is likely to have best performance improvement with the least visual impact).
Change your Display Mode and lower the Resolution.
Turn Anti-Aliasing off.
Lower your Graphics Quality setting.
