    There seemed to be an issue with the notes, specifically in the Combat section. There were no balances for stam DK.

    Biting jabs is not doing the highest damage to the nearest enemy, instead whoever is infront is taking the other damage from others. This change nerfed Biting Jabs into the ground, and it is not not a reliable skill.

    This skill -needs- fixed before it goes live, or what little I played this game will evaporate.


    The magicka morph of biting Puncturing Strikes, Puncturing Sweep does not seem to heal when cast on single targets. The AOE damage is fine? It's lower than it was but it exists, but the healing only happens when it hits multiple enemys. This is beyond weird.

    The timing for the strikes is also slightly off but I dont mind that as much. It's the healing that needs fixed.

    Its not a bug , its a huge nerf read the patch notes .
    Block cost on permablock build on live is around 90 stam per hit , on PTS is 330 stam per hit.

    Off balance cooldown is bugged. You can get absurd amounts of uptime SOLO (like 90%+ uptime) on bosses and skel dummys.

    Shadowy disguise and all the other morphs of the ability are being broken if light, heavy, and bash attacks hit the opponent right as it's being cast.
    This is also very apparent when being hit with lightning heavy attacks or dual wield light attacks which are lightning (no pun intended) fast.

    Can we get some clarity on the off balance changes before we declare any bugs? When does the immunity start? After off balance ends or when it begins? Can off balance still be refreshed by lightning wall on a concussed enemy? If you apply new concussion affects will it refresh off blance applied by another concussion affect? The notes were pretty vague on the exact details of the changes so it's difficult to know if things are bugged or working as intended because we don't yet know how you intend for the new design to work. Also when is it 15 seconds and when is it 20 and why the difference at all? Can you please clarify the changes. Thanks.

    Interrupting enemies seems to be broken. Crowd control immune NPC enemies can't be interrupted anymore. According to the patch note this should only be the case for enemy players not NPCs.

    I have had a lot of trouble interrupting spiders that were feeding. I'm using Flame Clench so I guess the knock back from that is giving them CC?

    I was also completely unable to interrupt a mini boss daedra on a dolmen while it was channelling a healing ritual. I'm no expert on combat mechanics but I wasn't expecting that either.

    No videos or screenshots, but easily reproducible bugs and also most of them have video or screenshot somewhere in forgotten threads in bug section.
    1. Dodge rolling (animation cancelling) scatter shot (in my instance, draining shot) still causes targets to be only knocked back without stun. This makes it on one side abusable to continuously knock back targets without them ever receiving cc immunity and other side makes it unreliable to use because if I want to cc target I cant dodge till he is hit (and with draining shot, I wont receive heal because there is no stun)
    2. Master bow Caustic Arrow set bonus still does not grant bonus damage to user's pets (meaning warden's bear, since it is the only pet that scales with weapon damage)
    3. Warden's bear ultimate still very rarely finishes successfully against Asylum Sanctorium Main boss Saint Olms the Just.
    4. Enchantments damage (fire, shock, frost, poison, disease, magic) still scales with Thaumaturge CP if procced by DoT skill and Master-at-Arms if procced by Direct damage skill. Unless that is intended.
    5. Enchantments from one weapon have their cooldown still reduced by Infused on another weapon. Infused on one weapon in dual wield results in both enchantments having short cooldown. Enchantment on backbar weapon procced by swap cancelled attack (so the attack lands on weapon with infused trait) is affected by shorter cooldown too. Unless that is intended
    6. Centurion and Stone Atronach dummies are still immune to Poisoned status effect (DoT)

    7. Razor Caltrops first explosion still has (probably) same radius as old Caltrops. Or, at least, has much bigger radius than the real caltrops do (and what aoe indicator shows)

    Yes, a knockback results in CC immunity. You can recognize it by white swirls around the affected character's feet (or the whole body, in case of spiders).

    It is really annoying and makes fights much harder. On my test character which I'm leveling on PTS I've already started to avoid using abilities which result in CC immunity, or only use them when the enemy is nearly finished.

    1. Eclipse still grant CC immunity when purged. Why is it even here still. There is nowhere in the game cleansing CC grant immunity to CC. In Morrowind update it was considered as bug and fixed, but yet after overhaul of skill it still here after 2 updates.
    And if it intended mechanic, why cleansing another semi-CC status effect - Off-Balance, doesn't grant cooldown of immunity to this status?

    2. Jorvuld set while affecting minor mending from Sacred Grouund passive doesn't change tooltip of it for increased duration.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno A friend of mine and I were on the PTS yesterday, January 29th, and we noticed that the Nightblade's Manifestation of Terror was not able to be CC broken. What is more, Every time we tried to cc break, It would charge us stamina and we could try as many times as we'd like. Hope this is helpful :smile:

    • Dodge rolling after casting Scatter Shot still causes target not to be stunned, only knocked back.
    • Warden Bear's damage is still unaffected by Caustic Arrow bonus (Master Bow)
    • Enchantments activated from DoT skills are still affected by Thaumaturge CP and not Master-at-Arms
    • Arrow Spray and Volley. Both stamina AoE abilities, are still dodgeable contrary to supposed design and behavior of other similar skills
    • Razor Caltrops initial explosion still damages targets AROUND caster, even if thrown at different enemy in maximum possible distance

    I don't think NB passive Executioner is returning resources if you kill a mob with something from the assasintion tree (like killers blade). This is actually on live, and must of been in for a while, only noticed it yesterday. It does seem to return if if you damage but not kill within your 2 second window, which actually makes it tougher to time than before. I don't think this skill is particularly used, otherwise it would surely of been noticed by now. If this is beleived to be the case, please could it be reviewed? A suitable alternative could be to proc on successful dodge (blur from assassination tree springs to mind) which would be of particular benefit tanks who struggle to use the new (morrowind) version of siphoning strikes or the current form of executioner. It would also reward combat mobility for magNB dps & healers, whilst taking the edge off stamNB dodge rolling out of AE affects around the target.

    In case people still don't know:
    Nightblades are getting 100% critical heals while they're cloaked.

    If you want to exploit that, don't use DOTs.

    Is it just me or are there like 10-15 bugs across all classes that just keep turning up every other patch?

    I know this is going annoying, but yeah there are still bugs.

    The first one can be literally abused to keep targets is nearly constant knock back animation unable to do anything. I would expect at least that one to get fixed after being reported 3 months ago.

    The bugs popping out of the ground are bugged ... cant be dodged/blocked and hits for 20 meters and harder than the dawnbreaker ultimate.. I mean... a spamable skill that hits harder than a dawn breaker... has to be a "bug" right?
