Moving a Pet to a Different Account (Solved)

So it may be strange to suddenly be asking this since this happened back when ESO was new, but it's a question I've been wanting to ask for a while. I know that Zenimax support can do a lot of things; bring back deleted characters, gives you items that randomly vanished from the game entirely, things like that. I want to know if they can move collectables from one account to another. When I first bought ESO, I got my account, my main account. I used it then and still use it. Then when ESO came out on Steam, I bought it again to have it on there. This is back before you could link your account to steam, mind you. And on the Steam page, it said if you purchased it or pre-purchased it, you'd get a Whiterun wolf-Hound. I got it, fully intending it to go to my main account. Except it didn't, it got put onto the account I received when purchasing it through Steam. I very rarely use that account and would love to have the pet I paid for on the account I use.I would've asked through support but since none of the subjects they had listed fit my question, I kinda had to come here. I'm not after having the pet duplicated, I just want it take off one account, and applied to another. If that's possible.

    Do you have a ticket already started?

    Any time characters were restored or items vanished ... those were eventually recouped through a ticket.

    Unfortunately I don't think ZOS will authorize a transfer of your pet.
    I avoid using Steam unless there is absolutely no other way. I don't understand why anyone would want to play this game through Steam.

    Any time characters were restored or items vanished ... those were eventually recouped through a ticket.

    I would have submitted a ticket, but unless there's a place that you can go to 'customize' what your problem is without being forced into a certain subject, this wouldn't have fit into any of them. It's not that it vanished, it's that it went somewhere I didn't expect it to go. Could be that's completely intentional on their part, I don't know. It's something I can live without for sure, I'm just curious if they could do it.

    You feel strongly enough about the issue to post a thread ... so why not send in a ticket and see what happens?

    There isn't precedent for your particular issue that I'm aware of.
