So, it has been this way since warden release, and I don't understand why it is this way. I haven't seen any posts discussing it to know whether it is intended or not.
Any CC, that would knock you back before your Fissure erupts, shoots them out your.... backside. This doesn't make any sense to me, as I am still facing forward. This skill is supposed to be aimed.
For example, if I get feared before they erupt, they end up shooting away from my enemy - but this makes sense to me, as I am physically turning and running in fear, thus facing in the direction the fissure erupts.
But! If I get a javelin, dawnbreaker, leap, etc. to my face before they erupt, they end up shooting out my butt, even though I am facing the enemy still. This does NOT make any sense whatsoever, and I can't see the devs intending this.
I would bet they either don't know this is occurring or don't know how to fix it, both seem much more plausible than this being intended.
This is frustrating, because if the shalks were to still erupt in the direction I am facing, it would stun the attacker, providing a second to ward up or heal. Instead, the shalks are a complete waste.
You may think this wouldn't occur often, but trust me, it happens ALL the time. It is a constant woe of anyone who mains a Warden in pvp, and I would like someone to let me know if this is intended or not.
Thanks for your time!
