Invigorating Drain disregards CC Immunity and suffers no cool down when interrupted

We were testing the Vampire skill line's Invigorating Drain today on the PTS.
It appears as though this skill (and ostensibly the base skill and the Accelerating Drain morph) suffers from at least two issues:

- The stun effect placed on the target is immediately refreshed with each tick of the Drain skill; this disregards the target's crowd control immunity.
- The Drain can be recast immediately, with no cool down at all, when interrupted.

ArtOfShred✭✭✭There is an issue with all CC effects not properly applying CC immunity to players on the PTS. This is more than likely a result of that. Even when CC breaking, the crowd control is not removed and no immunity is applied.
