eso cyrodiil and the weak mega server :( not prime time 2 am

im F****** SICK of this. Everyday i try to pvp and EVERY day i get zosd by lag in the first decent fight i have. Then every fight is plagued by lag after. No matter the time or campaign its a laggy mess (besides no cp).. Its truly disgusting at this point. All i see is zos driving nails into this games coffin more and more every update. This is the mmo genre. Devs who dont care making bad decisions and killing games.

Wow did it right and lives strong but how many other mmos are either dead or dying? Many because of devs that either simply dont care or think that they know what the community wants without (when they dont). So many mmos are dead or dying because of these two things. Please, we need you guys to care more.

I just dont understand why companies are like this.. So careless.

It doesnt progress its drains. From the constant content releases to crown crates its obvious what is really cared about and thats green.

Servers have been consistently bad for years. Zenimax doesnt care about performance it seems, DLC's make money fixing lag does not. Most money comes from casuals who dont care about lag or dont notice it, box sales ect.

Fixing the lag only helps a small portion (mostly PvP players) enjoy the game to its full extent, this 10% minority population will be ignored because were just not worth as much money to zenimax.

I hope they fix it. I am sure they are working on it. Turning all these 1& 0's into a beautifully crafted world must have some problems.

I have experience lag, long loading screens and dropouts. It certainly subtracts from the pvp experience.

My are manageable so it doesn't affect me too much. Though if it is happening consistently that would be concerning.

i just give up on eso 4 year and is only worst and play bdo and have the best combat ever and so much fun no lag everything is just perfect

I used to be able to join in the big fights in Cyrodiil, you know, the ones that go on for 20-30 minutes or more with dozens and dozens of other players. Now, pretty much all I can do in PvP is PvE. Occasionally I can get through some of the smaller battles, but almost always get at least some lag. When lag is really bad, I usually get dc'd after a few minutes (and always hope that no one can see me just running around being useless with my bow stuck in draw position). I was taking a resource solo about a week ago and was lagging while fighting the guards. I can usually solo a resource no problem, but it took so long to get the kills, the guards kept respawning before I could flag it. I don't remember the last time I was killed by just the guards at a resource (or anywhere else for that matter), but I probably would have died if a couple allies hadn't shown up after I'd been at it for almost 10 minutes.

ZOS has been working on the problem for over three years. If they could fix the issues with Cyrodiil they would have by now. My opinion is their servers cannot handle the load. Of course to fix that issue they would have to upgrade and that costs money. So all you are going to hear is "We have some fixes coming in the next patch or We are working on it". And if history servers me right their so called fixes have done nothing in the past.

The Zenimax higher ups really don't care about the players, just profit. If they did it would have been fixed long ago.

@ZOS_GinaBruno care to explain how over 4 years, and losing a lot of the original pvp player base, you haven't managed to sort out the lag and disconnects that subscribers (like myself) experience every time we play? I've paid your company over $500. Am I justified in my frustration?

Anyway you guys have given in to too much whining for pvp to even be fun anymore so don't bother answering.
