If you remember the champion system being tested at launch its entirely broken with how powerful it makes people. So as they increase power via adding in 30 CP in each update they have to find a way of slightly nerfing power elsewhere each patch to compensate.

The only other option is to yank out the cP system, and do a total game rebalance... .and thats never going to happen due to the time, cost, & complexity.

Look at it this way... at least with them balancing CP buffs each patch with small nerfs elsewhere its less drastic than a full rebalance of the game at any stage due to CP system power creep.

He treats this game like his own personal toy project, pretty much makes wild and drastic changes regardless of what PTS players or game balance actually dictates need be done.

Look at your typical forum thread where a player who only plays X class wants Y, Z, and W classes all nerfed because at some point they killed him in pvp. That's wrobel.
