Does anyone have problems with the game logging out after about 20 minutes of play. Getting frustrating!

My partner and I are having a whole host of issues, there was another thread up but it has just been buried in tech support with no comments from any ZOS employees so consider this issue buried.

We are on PC EU and keep getting booted out either trying to log into a character or on the first or second load screen after a port once logged in. On the rare occasion we made it past those hurdles we are still getting booted, things we kill respawning instantly over and over again, bar swapping disabled and abilities not firing off, other players freezing in place only for them to teleport across the screen and a lot more issues.

But hey we only give you our money and our time ZOS.

Not a big deal at all.

I'm on PC-EU and not having any problems at all which makes me wonder. Are you in Cyro or overland?

Been having a lot of lag issues today. Lag spikes, players freezing, and disconnects. Also had random load screens in coldharbour. PC EU

That was mine and I was annoyed to see it buried there. I posted it here in GD to try and get it seen enough that ZOS do something about it. The issue is getting worse; last night's guild event was ruined because of it.

*Edit: When I did finally get into the game to buy a Netch necklace, I found that all my controls had been reset back to default. I am so done with this game until this is fixed. It is currently unplayable. Not a good position for one's paying customers, ZOS.

It's been happening to me too on PC-EU.. Just randomly kicks me to login screen.

Also on pc EU today this one has had many issues with disconnects when changing zone or logging in a different apprentice. It took five attempts earlier to return to Castle Claws. No issues otherwise though.

been happening to me last few days xbox EU, seems to be when traveling to any dlc especially gold coast & hews bane, tells me theres a problem with my internet connection however that problem does not exsist .

Infinate loading screens, crashes and 1 FPS is the ESO norm. If you want to play a game that doesnt crash all the time your on the wrong game.

I've been getting timeouts when I try to log in on different characters. WHICH character(s) varies from day to day, but generally if I get booted once the same character will get booted again and again, but others might not. It's been going on for several days now and it's getting tedious. $:\$

I've been logged/booted out several times today. The game is running at 60fps and it just kicks me out. Its getting very frustrating.

Has anyone found a solution to this? Being booted out after a short time of playing is getting old! If anyone finds out something please let me know. Thanks

Changing zones, craglorn to stormhaven and back keeps kicking back to the login screen saying can’t connect to server, other online games are working fine. If your having trouble getting to belkarth try going to the wayshrine north of town, that seems the help, it’s like the big cites have some kind of loading or connectivity lag dome over them. Best guess is just more players than expected and the servers can’t shift the load fast enough so some folks get the boot and others aren’t affected

That isn't the problem on my end. I can be on at 3 am and nobody is around even in non-populated zones. It boots me out after about 10 or so minutes. My frames don't drop and latency is great. I just don't know what it could be

I think I might have found the solution. It has worked so far and haven't been kicked out yet. You have to do the following with your router.

You have to open up your ports in the router settings. By doing this you type in 10.0.0.1 in your browser and it should take you to log in for your router . Username is always admin and password is password by default.

The optimal ports that I found and that are working are as follows:

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507

This I hope will help you as it has me so far.

I keep getting error 303s every time i log in. It takes me like... 30 mins to get in and if i want to swap characters forget it, i wont be able to get back on. This has been going on for..two weeks now. And all zos tells me is to approve it ththrough my firewall which I have done. I have done anything i can on my side and then submitted a ticket... which told me to do everything I had tried. They don't care. I am about to cancel my eso plus.
