Does Chokethorn proc SPC?

As title says, kinda noob question, but can the heal from Chokethorn proc the Spell Power Cure set?

Spc will proc on any heal you give yourself and allies. When a set says allies or a friendly target it will include you as well. Might need to test but as long as u are at 100% health it should work
