Does Chokethorn proc SPC?

As title says, kinda noob question, but can the heal from Chokethorn proc the Spell Power Cure set?

xiZeroPointix✭✭✭Spc will proc on any heal you give yourself and allies. When a set says allies or a friendly target it will include you as well. Might need to test but as long as u are at 100% health it should work0
