Indeed, and if the game had stayed subscription-powered, that is likely how it would have been. Get a bear in orsinium, a camel in hew's bane, a wolf in the gold coast and sume bugs in morrowind...It always bothered me that every stablemaster all across Tamriel sell the exact same mounts. Some variety would have been nice.
