Being a console pleb i can't test it, when breaking free, at which point it doesn't proc anymore? Would it be possible to rune cage someone, charge a dw or snb heavy and still proc?

✭✭✭✭As soon as enemy used Break Free - it wont proc coz charging heavy attack is longer than it. So, most reliably way will be rooting enemy. If prison proc when you already started charge ha or if enemy too slow or dont have stamina - it will proc. But this happen very rare.5

I see, well i guess fossilize may be the only reliable cc to proc it then0
