Vorundil - NPC in reapers march not spawning.

I got infected by a Bloodfiend a few days ago, and due to a crash did not find Vorundil. [The NPC who starts the Vamp quest]

As you can tell, i have relogged and waited a few days for this to resolve itself but with no luck. I know I am looking in the right place for him [This is my fourth alt, and the 3rd to become infected by mobs], and as a fail safe I have looked around all the wayshrines in reapers march.

Since my toon still carries the Vampirism stat on my character I can neither abandon the quest since I never "picked it up" nor can I get reinfected.

I have the same problem, just got infected by a player but there is no Quest NPC spawning in Reapers March. What Shall i do???

You aren't supposed to be looking near wayshrines.
Vorundil spawns near the entrance of Rawl'kha.
Once you get near the town, it will show a quest arrow guiding you to him.

Of course I was at the entrance of Rawl'kah and in the town itself for 1000x times. I relooged also a few times. The NPC is not there, also no arrow. I also watched a video showing where the npc spawns but nothing...

So please help anyone!

If you are bitten by a player, you do not go to Vorundil. You are supposed to go right into the crypt at the spot you were bitten. You pick up the quest inside.

But now, since it has been sorted.. he had spawned.. after a few days when the BF where up.

@Jaxom, which crypt? I asked in zone chat and was told he is on the southern road out of Rawl'kha, near the woodworking marker, couldn't find him however and also didn't see anything all around the city. Where the hell is he?!?!

@kiwifrucht2000neb18_eso The shrine where you get bit at in Reaper's March is behind one of the 3 houses near the world boss, Ushmal's Rest. Once bitten there, there is a scroll on the crypt you can read which begins the quest. You click on the crypt to go inside and do the quest there.

If you were not bitten by a player, but by a an NPC, then go to Rawl'kha and the NPC who gives you the quest in in town on the road.

thanks found him Rawl'kha slightly south of Planed Plank Carpentry.

I had the same problem as the OP, eventually gave up looking for the myth, and following this advice. There is a scroll on top of the altar where people go to be bitten by another player. There are plenty of youtube videos showing where this alter is at in your last alliance zone. Reading this scroll gives the quest without a hint of Vorundil. Enter the crypt after accepting the quest.

Vorundil must be hiding out somewhere sucking on eggs on my account.
