    In PvP Nirnhoned as more added benefits than Powered, cause it also buffs you offensive capabilities. Though I am interested just exactly how good is getting a lot of Healing Done. This since not only does it increase base healing by a lot but it also is the only way to buff Minor Lifesteal other than Healing Taken and Received. And with the synergy changes and buffs to Blood Altar I would like to see how that works. I have always liked Minor Lifesteal, but seen Quick Siphon as the better option, but wondering how good the AoE Minor Lifesteal can be now that its so large, that and as said the synergy should be a bit better now but not really tested it on PTS yet.

    No one would want powered on a weapon like that: Nirnhoned or Precise will boost your healing a bit, but also your damage.

    Makes me wonder if your dps increase is enough for nirm to win out?
    Thinking dungeon healing here there dps on healer is pretty important.
    For trials healer dps can be ignored.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Powered is better for HOTs (like Vigor), since any heal cast on a Powered back bar retains the Powered buff when you swap. Nirnhoned is good for instant heals (like Rally) but still slightly worse than Powered. Nirnhoned is only preferred if your healing and damage is on the same bar (like many 2h builds).

    I'll throw out infused as a good option too. A healer with an infused staff can keep up to 100% uptime on a weakening enchant for 452 reduction in enemy weapon damage (which stacks with the 430 from the Mending set).

    If you don't care about reducing enemy damage infused + spell damage enchant (452 weapon and spell damage) should result in slightly more healing and damage output than Nirnhoned, not sure how it compares to Powered for pure healing.

    Infused + absorb Magicka is also a useful combination if you need more sustain. It restores 460 Magicka every 2s (about 77% as effective as minor magicka steal for comparison), while also dealing decent single-target damage.

    I can't think of many scenarios where I'd need the few extra healing potency Powered gives over Nirn but can think of a plethora where the extra damage of Nirn is helpful.

    u can have DOTs casted on front bar and swap to your back bar and your going to get that extra damage
