I wanna have confirmation on this. Because i can't find it clear anywhere: If I do not use a costume or a 'outfit' there is no way to hide the helmet? Really? I mean are you for real with this? Please do tell me I'm wrong...

✭✭✭✭✭It's bugged. There's supposed to be a collectable which allows you to wander around hatless, but it's marked as "uncollected," on the current test builds.
What's more annoying is that, because the collectible is classed as a hat, it might not work with disguises (which I suppose is defensible), and polymorphs (which really isn't).

The setting's been removed on PTS and I read someone saying that it was indicated on ESO Live that the setting won't be returning. Unfortunately the collectible is bugged and so can't conclusive test its effect on costumes or disguises.Which is why I said unless they removed it in one of the pts patches.0 -
