For me walking into ESO, I kind of wanted or expected a game where 2 to 8 adventurers can walk into areas and problem solve and fight through areas like a traditional TES game. Some players may play varied spellcasters, some might want to play a stealthy trickster mage, or a battlemage, and they'd just work together fighting generally difficult versions of dungeons in the other games. I never was into any MMO's before I played ESO so my expectations were based on a game design i don't think is truly possible.
I think they got the feel for build diversity somewhat now. PVP expression is still pretty nice. You shouldn't enter HM trials without builds that can make good numbers. Do I still want to imagine that we don't all have to fit into roles to support each other? It'd be nice. But that's just not how any MMO is, and ESO can't change that and it's too far gone too now. Perhaps TES6 will have co-op if you're more interested in that?
Also, please do tell me you do NOT also get frustrated when you see a person only spamming Light Attacks without any skills or whatsoever because "reasons"

Currently, I'm playing a stam Warden Bow/Bow, Sorc Healer, MagNB Tank and DK stam (classic) beside the DK none of them are usual but all of them are able to clean the content (fast).
I just wanted to say that it can be a good idea to try to go off road sometimes we might get a good surprise and good experiences overall.
And this was the purpose of this post.

It also comes down to playstyle, meta works great all meta group, but should one deviate... well, then you gotta recalibrate. And since most dont/cant play meta gear/race then *** it, play how you want.
