PTS Luxury Vendor Bugged?

Per the 3.3.0 Patch notes:

Zanil Theran, the Luxury Furnisher, is bringing back some of his previous offerings. Each week you can expect to see at least one offering that you’ve never been seen before, complementing the offerings from a prior week.

I'm on the PTS right now to check this out, and:

I'm not seeing any previous offerings.

Yeah, its just the same as live, same as last week. I don't think they will roll the change until live.

Look at his face, you can tell he's in pain at the faux luxury items he has to sell. ZoS, put the poor guy out of his misery and give him some actual luxurious items to sell. You know, stuff that looks expensive....luxurious.

Checked again today and this still isn't fixed. Is this going to be fixed before it hits live?
