Why is my stamblade so slow?

Any ideas why my stamblade is slow?
1pc heavy + 6pc medium armour - got the Athletics passive
level 10 vamp - got the Dark Stalker passive
Has the Wind Runner cp passive.
Even with these he doesn't run any faster in stealth.

✭✭There is a hard cap to stealth movespeed.
ZOS implemented it in the wake of people stacking sneak movespeed buffs, and sneaking around faster than max speed horses.
However, in your case, you don't seem to be running any real movespeed boosts that apply. I'd suggest something like Concealed weapon if you want to go fasterLord and Savior of the Association of Serious S***posters.

you don't need to use that morph though, you could use any of the weapon skill line spammables. then just slot CW for the speed buff. all about compromise.0
