Charged trait almost guarantes the secondary effects such concussion ( damage increase,) , burning, posion, diease ( major defile) and this case minior maim. So for my defensive playstle healer, I use Frost blockade instead of lightning. The asylum makes up off balance and concussion buff and debuff but gaining defensive support for my warden.
