I read somewhere, that one can use costumes and motifs in making an outfit and even if outfit system does not support costumes, the costume slot will overwrite any armor looks so its still the same. I dont mind options but as the world is allready full of skimpy nonsense MMO's, i dont think ESO will need to follow on that path.
If i want to see skimpy, i play WOW or AION.

The ones shown when you login, the eggsister something was the other and the other i dont remember, then there is also the "jogging suit" or what was it.
I admit that theres not much skimpy options but its a short way to make a game armor look like non TES stuff. I also admit, that i dont have anything against people wearing light armor outfit over heavy armor but these skimpy things just dont feel like TES.

How else will I be able to identify the prepubescent teens that rage in chat no matter what is going on, or the creepy people that will sexually harass guild members when we finally allow them into voice chat?

All you have to do is ask yourself "Are they on the internet?"
