The items does not appear in my mail right away when I buy them from guild stores - I have either to relog or to zone-out.

Sometimes I have to port to another zone, though.1 -

Just rezone, or go into or out of a Outlaw Refuge, or any Delve or Dungeon. Simple.
Or, just wait 1 to 15 minutes, it will show up.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
