Been gone for a min from ESO and I decided to go ahead and play through that Clockwork City DLC.

First off...

HOW YALL GONE DO ME LIKE THAT?!?!? This DLC was fire! let's get into it, shall we?

Yooooo Sotha Sil was LEGIT.....like at the memorial towards the end when he spoke my house was quieter than a church mouse! I turned my phone over so I can be PRESENT in the moment and I was like...

Then he proceeded to do mental gymnastics at me, I'm sitting there like...

Let's not forget that last BATTLE though when I was fighting the shadow of Sotha Sil and his shadows multiplied I was like...

THIS IS NOTHING NOCTURNAL I DO THIS [snip] in my SLEEP...NOW TRY ME IF YOU WANT TO...then the screen went black and I literally...

.......Did I just DC (disconnect) from the game?!?!?!?! Oh HELL NAH, but THEN ZOS was like SIKE...gotcha [snip]!!!

YALL, YOOOOO when I tell you at that moment I was like...

literally, me when my screen blacked out...

Good job everyone who worked on this DLC in Zeni Land. What were you guys favorite part about Clockwork city?

PS...ESO/Zenimax stop playing with us and release those Companion/summable skins already, stop playin with us.

PS PS...They better NOT be in them crown crates...

I really enjoyed Sotha Sil's description of Almalexia. Having just played TES III: Morrowind's Tribunal expansion, Sotha Sil knows exactly what Almalexia is like.

the best part of the DLC for me was the ending (the conversation with sotha sil and all the battle you just described) AND the court of crows questline (it was AWESOME!!).

Idk, the entirety of CWC felt off to me.
Like, why did Nocturnal, who in all given Lore has been indifferent to EVERYTHING suddenly decide to try and invade CWC, with a malicious personality to boot?
Why did she need Clavicus Vile to break into the CWC in the 1st place, considering that the Skeleton Key can open literally EVERYTHING by all established lore about it? Speaking of the Skeleton Key, why didn't Nocturnal have that in her possession already? It's her bloody artifact for crying out loud.

NOTHING MADE SENSE.

Rant aside, I did enjoy the final confrontation against Sotha Sil's Shadow as well as the return of the Blackfeather Court, sort of sad they killed the Knight of Marrow though, after helping out his Love Life, it's a shame he was the one to die.

One of my favorite quests was listening all the memories that Sotha saved in those stars. It was difficult with all the players running around lol but worth it.

I was going to post something silimiar in the lore section. That ending monolouge from seht was great!

Sotha Sil: a scientist with no mysteries left to learn.
Vivec, an artist, a punk rock star, with no boundaries left to push against.

Beautiful.

Almalexia (actress, politician) kind of comes off looking bad but she seems like the only one who is happy. Don't get me wrong Vivec is still a blatent narsscist, he built his palace before the rest of his city eventhough it was impractable. But i do have a real appreciation for Sotha Sil now.

As for Nocturnal needing Vile. She might be able open anything but she still needed to know where the city was. Vile got that for her but convincing someone to turn traitor.

On top of it is the most beautiful zone. Sorry auridon you are de throned.

After seeing this zone, i'll never take the sky is falling folks seriously.

@dcam86b14_ESO I had to check and make sure this was "free" update lol. Totally shocked lol. I was expecting like thieves guild/dark brotherhood type stuff. A good way to end the year.
