Silver"bot" Vale in Rivenspire

Bot train is CONSTANTLY in action around Silverhoof Vale in Rivenspire . . . everyone talks about it in zone chat. Things like:
"OMG bot train"
"Botting much?"
"Got bot?"
"Kinda funny to watch . . ."

These bots are killing harpies left and right, they have been reported and nothing seems to change. It could be ZOS is cleaning them up only to be replaced by other bots, but I can't be sure.

Same issue with Karthdar in Grathwood and Tears of the Dishonored in Alik'r. These are side quest areas so bot runners count on the player population to be low enough for them to not get reported. But here's what makes me angry at ZOS about their inability or unwillingness to address the bot issue:

I hate trying to do quests with bots trains running around, even if they not directly interfering with quest completion. They are ruining my experience of the game, the game I spent money on for the base game, for the monthly sub, for additional crowns, not to mention the time I spend on the game, and I NO LONGER WANT TO DO THESE SIDE QUESTS because bots have ruined the experience for me. I *like* the Karthdar and Silverhood quests. I like all the side quests in Alik'r. I hope one day to feel like I can enjoy these side quests again instead of having to stop what i am doing, take a dozen screenshots, record the @-names of the bots, report them all, shake off my resentment at ZOS for exploiting free labor from players in this manner to address their problem, and try to get back to enjoying to game.

According to my bot tracking add-on, there are around 100 known active bots in the areas I regularly visit on PC/NA. There is rarely a day that goes by that I don't see at least one new bot. If I don't report them, they will still be there. If I do report them, they will still be there. Reporting bots may make someone feel better, for a while, but it really isn't as effective as they make it sound.

Edit: I swung by "Silverbot Vale" a few minutes ago and there were no bots there. Time will tell, but I expect that I was just not in their instance of the game.

there's also one on PS4. Not a train exactly... but a group of maybe 10-15 low level mag sorcs light attacking everything with pets out. Standing all together in some ruins - central rivenspire area.

I've reported this for weeks... craziest thing... they're still there! How can that be??

Yeah there are so many places on PS4 NA where there are bots. Camlorn is one area in particular. There are sorcs with their pets out heavy attacking werewolves. It's stupid, it's also obvious and should be stopped.
