A little bit of spoiler, of course....

Kinda want to revive the high priestess of Trinimac, but you can actually save her...if you decide to kill your friend. I didn't know that and of course didn't betray my friend to solve the fight quicker, causing her death... She would have bring the balance of trinimac and malacath believers in orsinium, it's sad she died in my main char play through...

I sacrificed the Prophet in vanilla main quest. It really wasn't a tough decision for me, Titanborn and Sai are still young and love each other, Varien is old and willing to sacrifice himself to bring the closure. He died a satisfying man, and we get to see his spirit at the end of orsinium. Tho I'm sad that he died, there isnt much reason to bring him back.

Tho, the ONE character I loved that show up in morrowind, only to be killed by ZOS after few lines of dialogue, should be bring back to life. And that is Vigard the Sparrow!! I couldn't believe ZOS killed off one of their best character, and whoever designed that quest should be ashamed that he/she didn't see the potential of Vigard

So who do you want ZOS to bring back to life?

Too bad. I was going to say Darien lol. But yeah, he WILL be back soon, probably in the next chapter. At the end of orsinium prophet was talkingvabout the daedric war that's coming. Add that to Dariens book message to you also in orsinium, and it's a pretty strong hint that not only will he be returning, but he's going to have a very large role in the coming story.

Captain One-Eye. As far as I know after events in Coldharbour, she does not re-appear back in Shadowfen (her room on a Blasted Breton ship is inaccessible). And the game clearly does not say that she died... She just does not appear again in-game.

Faolchu. Undead werewolves were the best part of the three banner war cinematic trailers but he is the only one in game. Plus i would love to know more about his background, how he grew to power. His boss fights couldve been a little more fleshed out too, he could be an interesting dungeon boss if we ever go to hircines realm

Maybe his decendent too, idk she was pretty lame though

Since there is no central on-going story alongside NPCs that continues with each major update, there isn't the same "those we lost along the way" feel to NPCs, but, there are some that stick out as interesting "Where are they now?" stories.

That said, a follow-up to the redemption story line of Angof the Gravesinger would be nice. You meet him again in Coldharbour after his death playing a game that supposedly cannot be won, which Angof (now "the Undying") is participating in order to undo what happened to him and oppose Molag Bal. He took the power offered originally to fight corruption among the nobility, and is angry to have been duped.

From the quest, "The Endless War":

Serve the Lord of Schemes? Never again, mortal! I fight this battle to live. To reverse what I have become. The magic that made me like this hides in this realm. As does the magic to restore me. I want to become whole again, that's why I play this ridiculous game.

And the follow-up quest, "A Thorn Iin Your Side":

We make many decisions in this life that we truly believe are correct when we make them. Take this body, for example. It was a gift from the lord of this realm. He said it would grant me the power to topple the corruption of Glenumbra. He lied. The magic that created this body resides in this land. If I can win this game and escape these Cliffs of Failure, I hope to find its source.

I had friends and allies once. Companions who would never abandon me, no matter the cost. But that was before. Before I became... this monster. Enough! I must find the magic to restore my human form.

Did he succeed? Did he get captured? Was he destroyed trying? Is there any way he can still help you, or you him? Does he have clues to a current mystery or a new adventure? Etc.

Captain Blackheart in a new veteran dungeon for Blackheart Haven even though he's Undead everyone keeps on forgetting that he is cursed as well. Find the source of power that keeps him alive and it will be able to kill him for good a very good reason to have a dungeon 2 to add to the storyline.

He's still around, he's my next door neighbor in the Hollow City. I visited him at his home, yeah the decor was pretty bad lol

He also hangs around just outside the bank as well, just observing everything. He talks to me, but no, he has never given me any clues about anything.

Fangaril is an undead Werewolf dolmen general, though I guess that’s a rather forgettable enemy compared to Faolchu.

Blackheart was definitively killed by the follower NPC when he crushed his skull.

That's just the immediate result after the endless war was won. You see also him again in the battle to reach the final stronghold at the top of the map. I'm referring to where he goes next.

The family from Bleakrock Isle, I can't remember their names, but if anyone deserves to come back to life, it'd be that family. I mean, half of them get wiped out at Bal Foyen, no matter which path you take, and then the mother sides with the worm cult later to bring them back. It's just a sad life for them.

I can't remember any major character than died other than the Trinimac priestess. Her dying was silly to begin with. It could have easily been prevented, but like everything in Orsinium, you had no say in the matter (the DLC would have been so much better if you weren't railroaded in all of your decisions).

The Redoran woman from the Morag Tong quest line. I know I could have let her live but... SHE BETRAYED THE MORAG TONG AND THAT IS UNFORGIVABLE! So kind of like Jack Sparrow paid his debt with his life but then came back.

Me... hmmm... nope, can't really think of anyone. Not anyone dead that is... the one fate I would wish to change would be Tovisa, but she is not dead, just blinded. Though I would love to have a quest where we go get to help her fix that... maybe find some spoecial dwemer gems that can be enchanted into magical seeing prothesis or something...

Green-Venom-Tongue; by far my favourite character in the DB questline. ZOS why'd you kill him!?

Also, Ukatsei, not that he died, but he pretty much disappeared from the Shadowfen storyline after you were done with his tasks, save for only a mention by Vicecanon Servyna at the Hatching Pools.

Er-Jaseen as well, he helped us in Coldharbour by holding a door shut while we were escaping with Lyris. We later get Er-Jaseen's Worn Jack as a potential coffer reward after escaping that place. Kinda wanna see him now.
