Please fix mealstrom dual wield.

The mealstrom dual wield weapons are bugged for how many patches now? I can't even remember anymore when they were actually used in trials/dungeons. Please fix the set so the buff applies to all single target damage over time effects (like poison arrow).
Really had my hopes up that they would fix it this patch.

On one hand, this makes sense. There's no reason the effect as stated shouldn't work on poison injection.

On the other hand, something about having a dual wield effect buff a bow ability is breaking my brain a little bit.

The tooltip says nothing about needing to have a dual wield equipped, it only says it will grant additional weapon/spell damage on your next cast single target damage over time effect. Also the set is underperforming DPS wise by a lot in pve!!! so it makes that it hasn't been fixed for so long.

It should just not be consumed and empower all single target dots you apply within 2-3 seconds. The problem now is actually that every tick of injection consumes it, trap consumes it twice, even burning and poisoned consume it. All of these things are barely controllable and this is why the weapons are bad right now.

With the change I proposed above you'd have to include a couple of flurries in the rotation, and it would have a nice benefit as you'd get more damage as a tradeoff for the more difficult rotation
