    Right now it's not, but will be in Update 17.
    The cost of this motif book is 180 vouchers.

    The glass motif isn't for sale by writ vouchers. The motif pieces are made by combining ten pages (earned from doing crafting writs) with myrithic resin (from memory). However the resin costs 10,000 gold and the motif market is so oversaturated you can often by pages from guild traders for less than the 10k it costs to make the motif.

    It's a bit sad this iconic set is often a gold loss for the serious craters who produce it.

    On console, wanted to know price

    From latest pts patch notes

    The Glass Motif can now be purchased from Rolis Hlaalu, the Mastercraft Mediator with Writ Vouchers.
    Glass Motif Fragments no longer drop from Crafting Writ reward containers.
    If you have Glass Motif Fragments in your inventory, the Merethic Restorative Resin can still be found in the wares of Mystic vendors the world over for the same price as before (10,000g).

    Read the patch notes :p

    They're removing the pages from writ rewards and putting the motif pages on the master writ vendor. I haven't looked at the prices but I would imagine it's the same as ebony, 25 per page or 300 for the whole book.

    Also noteworthy that you can't buy individual pages, only the full book.

    It would be good if they sold the individual pages for at least a few months to help those who are oblivious and may have bought all but a few pages before this was announced.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno

    Why is the cost of the book for Glass Style crafting only 180 master writ vouchers instead of the 300 vouchers that it costs for the Ebony Style Book??? Ebony Crafting Motif Chapters remain available, and the prospective buyer can choose to buy just five of the fourteen, which will make Ebony-style pieces for an armor set.

    Of course, the effect of this quick-and-dirty change upon selling Glass Motif Chapters does not particularly matter to the ZOS development team, does it? If the Glass Style Book cost at least 300 vouchers, then players might have some incentive to simply buy 5 Glass Motif Chapters instead, to craft a Glass Style set -- at least while there are any Glass Motif Fragments remaining in the game. ZOS should not betray those players whose characters currently have Glass Motif Fragments and have been willing to invest 10,000 GP for the Merethic Restorative Resin to create individual Glass Motif Chapters to offer for sale.

    The really strange aspect about the absurd 180 voucher price is that it seriously undercuts paying 5,000 Crowns for the Glass Style Book in the Crown Store. Just think about it. What player with one or more "crafting characters" would rather pay 40 Dollars to buy 5,000 Crowns than to fulfill enough Master Crafting Writs to acquire the Glass Style Book?

    That, I must admit, is the only thing marvelous about the ZOS managerial decision in this matter. Touche!

    By the way, I've discovered that the Glass Style Motif Fragments must be in a character's Bags before a Mystic will offer to sell the Merethic Restorative Resin. Having them in a Bank account is not acknowledged.
