Golden Netches rings

The Golden Vendor was selling Netches rings last weekend but I haven't seen a single one in guild vendors. Any reason? Was this item just not popular?
I mean, I've seen guild vendors packed with way more useless set rings than Netches.

Bound on pickup sets when sold by the Golden Vendor are likewise, bound on pickup.

If you put ESO Golden Vendor into Youtube there are a few videos showing whete they are for each faction.

They aren't bound. I just sold 2 plague doctor necklaces for 75k each in guild store.

Plague doctor set is an overland set, any set you can get from a group dungeon that the gold merchant is selling in cyrodiil is bind on pickup to you.

Plauge doctor is an overland set, netch is a dungeon set. One is not bound, while the other one is

Plague Doctor is an overland set (BOE). Netch's Touch is a dungeon set (BOP).

Not everyone looks at the tooltip... and then they complain about others being unfairly more powerful than they are or they are having problems with enemies or whatever else.

They bind when you buy so can't be sold

i picked up two for my alt the other week so havnt equip them yet and i can confirm, for me at least, that they are bound

It's simple:

If it's Bind on Equip in game then it is Bind on Equip on the vendor... as all overland sets are.

If it is Bind on Pickup in game then it is Bind on Pickup on the vendor... as all dungeon sets are.

If you are unsure whether the set you want is overland or dungeon, google it.
