Golden Netches rings

The Golden Vendor was selling Netches rings last weekend but I haven't seen a single one in guild vendors. Any reason? Was this item just not popular?
I mean, I've seen guild vendors packed with way more useless set rings than Netches.

Plague doctor set is an overland set, any set you can get from a group dungeon that the gold merchant is selling in cyrodiil is bind on pickup to you.Ärmätèsz

Plauge doctor is an overland set, netch is a dungeon set. One is not bound, while the other one is8 -

If it's Bind on Equip in game then it is Bind on Equip on the vendor... as all overland sets are.
If it is Bind on Pickup in game then it is Bind on Pickup on the vendor... as all dungeon sets are.
If you are unsure whether the set you want is overland or dungeon, google it.1 -
