✭✭✭✭✭Is the game still registering you as in combat? Sometimes that can cause you to not be able to talk to quest givers.
I usually get a response to the "Ask for Help" reports, but usually a day or so later.0 -

If you talk to Lyris, it then unlocks the conversation.
Talk to Lyris might be the proper quest direction, if this is not a bug.
