✭✭✭✭✭Those are nice looking. I believe the Khajiit 5th tier is the Master Dagger.
I hope we get the ability to outfit other 5th tier styles. I love the look of my Master lightning staff (5th tier high elf) and want to be able to dye it.
@ZOS_GinaBruno Can you comment on availability of top tiers of racial motifs (the ones we cannot craft, above cp160) in outfit creation?0 -

Huh?
It’s only a weapon style ... which is seen in the game in a few select Master Weapons.
Bridging that over to a perceived increase in the gear cap is pure conjecture.2
