There is this legend going around for fairly good time. So I decided to double check, is it true that damage is buffed on consoles? Or this is but a myth?

In fact, now that I think about it some more, if I were ZOS I would do it.
Moreover, I would change the size of the buff and rotate it between different user bases every (random number between 1 and 10) days. Without telling anybody, of course.
Just imagine the howling and gnashing of teeth on the forums...weekly! Daily even!0 -

Somber97866✭✭✭✭✭That surely isn't true. All the parses I see on web are comp. Try animation cancelling on console with the 50 to 90 latency you get most times.0

✭Now we know why zos does not like to include a useful feature like a dps meter in the base game. Give everyone an addon like combat metrics so you can prove ZOS is not cheating with a damage buff or has by accident bugged the damage output.
Combat metrics should be available for everyone.
