Where does ESO rank on your list of all-time favorite games?

I don't really have an ordered list of games. I have a list of games I like a lot or list of games with a lot of great memories, but I really wouldn't like to even try to order it because every game have different reasons why I like it. ESO is definitely amongst those games tho.

I like it, but it doesn't make my list

Probably my favorite MMO all around, but I don't know where it ranks with my favorite non-mmos. It just happens that MMOs have more content to come back to, but the playthrough of my favorite single player games almost always has a better experience.

However that being said I did play ESO as pretty much a single player game when I first started, going through all of the quests and enjoying them, and it did hold up well in that regard, but MMO mechanics will always still be in place keeping it from being much better in comparison to real high quality single players.

The only other game I play is pokemon honestly, and that irritates me no end, so ESO current number one, but will never be more emotional than the ending of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 on sega mega drive

I like it, but it doesn't make my list

I mean, ESO is the best MMO I ever played, but only because it so different from the others. Regarding some sort of top 5/10 list, I can't make an ordered one, I'm really bad at making tops, but there are some games that I really like:

Honestly, I like ESO. Its fun, and enjoyable, and has come a long way since launch. But just doesn't have that same "click" or something I got from other games.

1. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin
2. Tie: Dark Souls and Dark Souls III

3. This is where it get tricky for me as all of the following rank somewhere in my top-10ish but I'd have to think long and hard about where to slot them:

Fallout 3, Fallout 4, BioShock, Red Dead Redemption, Mass Effect 2, Skyrim, Halo, and of course Elder Scrolls Online.

I like it, but it doesn't make my list

1. Golf, the actual outdoor game. My brothers and I get together, drink a few, smoke some cigars, and play as much as possible when the weather allows. There's a handful of local tourneys I play in often. Good times.

I don't have a video game list of favorites although I do enjoy playing ESO. A long time ago I used to get together with friends and play .007 deathmatch or Mario Kart 64 and in recent years when I had a console I liked to play Dead Space 2 & 3.

The best was playing the games that involved the family.

I would only attempt to compare ESO to other MMORPGs, and do so in terms of my enjoyment at a similar period in their life - in other words, MMORPGs that I was playing from launch through to a time around 3-4 years later (meaning that they have had a chance to grow and mature, or there's been time for me to tire of them). On that basis, it ranks for me alongside EQ, EQ2, and LoTRO. There are others like WoW and SWTOR that for me don't stand up as well to the same comparison.
