✭✭That would be cool! I do hope that they offer some kind of reward to replace the Soul Shriven motif.
But, I also hope that they leave the motif there as a reward for characters that have already passed level 40, but haven't yet completed Cadwell's Silver. That or they reward it retroactively to those characters. After all, this isn't a new reward, but rather moving around an existing reward. Plus, they awarded it retroactively when they first introduced it, so it's the least they can do for characters who are stuck in that place in-between, with no way of then getting the motif if they haven't completed Silver before live.3 -

It's a moot point now, but I never gave it a second thought. ZoS originally did not credit, I think it was mage guild book pickups, before you had the quest line (or perhaps it was undaunted experience, can't recall). In any event, many early release players that weren't aware of the NPC guild system ended up being excluded.
The uproar was monumental. You can probably still find the threads here on these forums. Even people that weren't affected were like, 'yeah, that ain't right.' ZoS patched a fix. This is not as bad as that case, but making something unobtainable without choice (choice like the end of the Sheogorath quest line and skill points) makes people crazy, especially the completionists.
