I noticed that there are container on PTS templates with golden jewelry of these sets. Are these only for the PTS or are they coming in Imperial City when the patch hits live?

There is nothing in patch notes about them and unless they add something during the next 3-4 patch notes it means there is no change

It is most likely just a quirk of the template, they've given us impossible item qualities before without introducing them later.0 -

But it could be used as good segue to actually ask ZoS ti give us way to obtain them. After all, they decided not to buff them with stat changes, changing the synergy they had (being always worth 4 piece set on 3 piece) to always being worse than 4 piece now.Edited by SodanTok on January 9, 2018 4:15PM0 -

As I recall, golden versions of those sets were part of the original Imperial City PTS template.0
