If I unlock 3 outfit slots on one character, are they unlocked on my other characters as well?

ah that's where I saw it. Not the livestream. Misremembered. But it was where my bagupgrade example came from ^^

i make an educated guesd and say that additional outfit slots PER character will be 1000 crowns each...isnt it amazing how zos manages to take something the community really wants and finds a way to monetize it....this outfit system will surely bump up zos revenues quite nicely ;-)
