Forgot password and not able to contact support

I wanted to login to ESO after severals weeks of break, but I don't remember my password. (and I totally forget to write it...) I've tried to reset it or contact the support, but it's not possible because I don't remember what I wrote as first name and family name. (I didn't use my real first and last name

)

How I can recover my account and solve this issue? Actually I can't do anything, even reset my password or contact the support for the reasons mentionned above.

You can submit a support ticket using the account recovery form here. Customer support can then help with recovering your account.

Thank you for your answer, but my problem is still the same. I can't, because as I said in my first message, I don't remember what I wrote as first and last name (I wrote something else than the real one when I created my account in 2014...), hence the website don't allow me to ask a request for change my password, this why I've asked there. i have even sent at pm to Gina Bruno.
