Hircine because of Werewolves and if I had my choice the other two Daedric Princes would be out of my favorite three Molag Bal because of Vampires and Boethiah because of Tournament of Ten Bloods.
But maybe Hircine with a little pinch of Hermanoteus Mora and Molag Bal.
“Kings of the land and the sky we are; proud gryphons.” Stalker stands, the epitome of pride. Naked and muscular, his wings widen and his feet dig in as if he alone holds down the earth and supports the heavens, keeping the two ever separate.”
Gryphons guild - @Milvan,
Vaermina is not on there...so.....And a few others are missing.

I behave mostly like Sheogorath, because when my mom was pregnant with me, she jumped outside of the 2nd floor because my father pushed her into abortion. However, that jump was to no prevail and I was adopted luckily.
I want to be like Meridia though and feel more like her. She is the only daedric prince that I like, because she represents light and hates Molag-Bal.

Auri-El is my lord,
Trinimac is my shield,
Magnus is my mind.
I hate morbid stuff so I best identify with Meridia. I technically have an anxiety disorder which might relate to Sheogorath I guess, but I've learned to manage it better over time, so overall I relate to Meridia the most. I don't relate to any of the others.

Also, in one chapter Merric refers to Stendarr, while in another Sees-All-Colors refers to S'tendarr. (Could be the other way round) - simple grammatical oversight, or is there some lore-based cultural distinction in how the races refer to these deities?
I'm OCD so Jyggalag sit well

"One must still have chaos in oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star."
~ Friedrich Nietzsche
There is no analog of Grandfather Nurgle in daedric pantheon, so my answer is - none of them.
My sympathy goes to Hermaeus Mora and Jyggalag. But I have nothing common with them.
Hermaeus Mora is a huge book nerd and I identify with that.
Before someone says Peryite is the nerd, Peryite is the nerd with the running nose that is picked last for the dodge ball games. It's different.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:
Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded. Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way. Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing. Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe. Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources. Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources". Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me. Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear. Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem. Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
Hermaeus Mora is a huge book nerd and I identify with that.
^ Pretty much this here too. If he wanted to trap me in Apocrypha all he'd need to do is leave a Post-it note somewhere visible as bait. It could say nothing more exciting than 'Hi mortal!' and I'd still run over to read it.
