Pick the closest option

And what is an example or two of what you've submitted (add in the comments)?

Or maybe an example something you could have/would submit?

What compliments do you have for the game/devs?

I don't know if I can use a time reference because it depends on how much I play. They usually come in big batches (along with batches of bug reports) with each new DLC.

Sure, but for the employees who read all of the in-game stuff it's a nice thing to read about as opposed to "Grrr, this is broken!" (Sometimes when I report something as broken or what not I try to use something like "Hi, just wanted to you know..." at the start or "Thanks for your time" or "Have a great day" at the end. I do forget sometimes but it can't hurt, yet I rarely think to actually use the more positive feedback options)

And who knows, sharing it via the feedsystem as well as forums and reddit might amplify the result?

That's why I used averages. I mean, it doesn't have to be exact, just a general sense. I know I forget all the time to report such feedback when I come across something cool, and starting a thread here for (little) nice things just drops like a stone off the front page.

I really don't want to add to the load whoever reads all of those things must already have when there are honestly SO many little broken things.

But I get excited after an update when I spontaneously discover QoL upgrades (that I guess I just miss in the patch notes) and that's when I send one. :)

I sent many of them when I rolled my MagDk after Orsinium dropped. I found myself encountering some of the same bugs and glitches I had reported at launch in April 2014.

the only pleasant surprise I had in this game was when I had raid with my guild but I was 2 tired and wanted to sleep...our healers couldn't log in due to loading screens and crashes so we canceled...best thing of my life I could get the sleep when I wanted it...

given how hard i am on whoever reads my /feedback /bug reports, i always give credit when i find something pleasantly unexpected or that i feel is done well in game.

i figure those poor souls still hate me, though. :)

Since they have to read lots of angry rants, I try to include things like "Hello, just wanted to report..." and/or "Thanks for reading" and/or "Have a nice day"/"Be well", yet, I nearly always forget to use the more positive feedback when I find something cool.

I think it’s weird that there’s even an option to praise Support. Also how can I praise them when they only fulfill the bare minimum they’re required to do (if even that) and it feels like my hundreds of Bot reports are useless since they are STILL running around?

I’ve sent in many tickets. The only time they actually helped me was when my issue was related to buying a Crown Store item that was limited time. Every response they sent to me took 3 days. They also did not fulfill the second part of my request which was to help me purchase an in-game item that was BoP from the Cyro Vendor while I was on vacation (unable to sign-in to buy). They could’ve easily helped but chose not to.

My guild stopped running at one point in time. When we finally got together again, it took *months* to retrieve our guild from the past guildmaster who quit, despite having their consent and them not being online for at least half a year.

I could go on and on. ESO Support is known for being quite terrible for the majority of players, but the truth is that there are at least a few really helpful people there who will do everything they can to help you. Your chances of getting one of those awesome people though? Low. At least in *my experience*, ESO has had the worst Support I have had ever had to deal with in a game.

It is *not* about praising support.

    It's feedback for the game.

Something you ran across or discovered that was a Pleasant Surprise or Awesome. Like when I found that they had brought back the Blackfeather Court *and* finally added a vendor or quest giver who wants to "junk items" of the game.

Ahh I see. When I see cool things like that I just enjoy it. It never occurs to me that I should write to Support lol....

The only time I can remember is writing "That's Awesome!" was when I said how I liked that there remained a version of [character who dies in The Rift] in Bleakrock Isle even after finishing the quest in The Rift, and how although it was technically a bug, they should never change it because it's awesome to be able to go back and talk to the version of [that character] when they were happier.

Pretty sure I've used both categories a few times, but that's the one I remember.
