Ticket being left on "unresolved"

My tickets been left on unresolved for two days now. I don't mind waiting if I know that's what's going on but the goal was to "respond within 6 hours" (of business hours) My ticket has been responded to and then moved to a "specialized team" 2 days ago and that's when I stopped getting responses. So, should I just wait?
