If ZOS does that, they’d be hurting PvE yet again. And all because they refuse to seperately balance things in PvE and PvP. And unfortunately, it’s because of things overperforming from a PvP perspective that PvE takes these hard blows. Sure a dev can say how it wasn’t because of the myriad of complaints people have made from their experiences within a PvP environment, but anyone with common sense knows otherwise.

And yet people can still basically perma block, shields are still op, DK is best dps in game, Magplars are best healers, and proc sets shouldn't ever be created in the first place...
Implosion has a 6% chance to take effect as an execute. So maybe don't engage 20 sorcerers at a time or else somebody's going to get lucky and it's not you.

@Denyiir Dragonknights are the best damage dealers in the game...? Really? Do you really mean that, and believe that? Or are you just baiting and trolling? Because when you have classes like Nightblades and Sorcerers that exist, I truly have to question your validity and logic. I can’t think of a time when Dragonknights were ever the best damage dealers in ESO. Especially when their burst is average (even more so from a magicka perspective), and they lack an execute outside of weapon skills. And even then, only stamina variants have access to executes. Lol.
