Not nearly as much as it used to, though. Before the speed caps, an Argonian Nightblade with Concealed Weapon, Major Expedition, an invisible potion, Jailbreaker, the Steed, and Windrunning was practically a sprinting 60-speed mount in the water. You could very easily swim to the Imperial Isle without worrying about the slaughterfish.
