I'm wondering if the amount it heals for scales off anything. The heavy attack heals more than the light attack, but does the amount of damage you deal lead to a bigger heal? Does the heal scale with max magicka since it's a magicka cost? Is the heal a % of the target's max health? Or is it a flat amount regardless?

EDIT: Bonus question: Does this spell work from the back bar? Cast the buff from one weapon, swap to the other without losing the buff?
