Lotus Flower - Does the heal scale with anything?

I'm wondering if the amount it heals for scales off anything. The heavy attack heals more than the light attack, but does the amount of damage you deal lead to a bigger heal? Does the heal scale with max magicka since it's a magicka cost? Is the heal a % of the target's max health? Or is it a flat amount regardless?

EDIT: Bonus question: Does this spell work from the back bar? Cast the buff from one weapon, swap to the other without losing the buff?

It does work from the backbar

I have no idea what it scales with though. That’s a good question. I don’t think it’s Stam or mag or wep dmg, but it is affected by CP and wep traits

I dont think it scales at all. Like Crit surge healing. It just given value that can be boosted by crits and healing received/done.

Awesome, thanks for the replies Good to know it can be kept on a back buffing bar, and good advice about boosting the heals through CP allocation.
